Blue West Capital Arranges Sale of Industrial/Flex Property in Fort Collins, CO

DENVER, CO – [May 6, 2019] – Blue West Capital has completed the sale of a three-tenant, 18,730 square foot industrial/flex building located at 300 Lincoln Court in Fort Collins, CO for $1,900,000. Robert Edwards represented the Denver based 1031 exchange purchaser in the transaction.

The property is a fully leased industrial/flex building with a mix of finished offices and warehouse space. The property is located in North Fort Collins with easy access to I-25.
