Longmont, CO – [July 28, 2021] – Blue West Capital has completed the sale of two industrial warehouse properties located at 14439 and 14459 Mead Ct, Longmont, CO for $1,700,000. The properties are in Longmont’s Highway 66 Business Park and have convenient access to I-25 and Highway 66.
Shawn Dickmann and Robert Edwards, of Blue West Capital, represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction. The seller was an owner-user who purchased and occupied the properties 14 years ago. The buyer intends to lease the properties and hold it as an investment.
Blue West Capital received buyer interest from both investors and users. According to CoStar, this sale achieved the second highest price per square foot for an industrial property within the Highway 66 Business Park at $169/SF. The only other higher recorded price per square foot was $171, for an industrial property built in 2020 leased to Red Bull.
