Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Commercial Real Estate Intern to support our growing brokerage team. This in-person internship is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in commercial real estate investment sales, with exposure to property underwriting, market research, and deal sourcing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn from a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and coordinate with brokers to assist in project execution
- Collaborate with brokers on property valuation and underwriting
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the firm’s shared CRM/database
- Conduct market research, including sales comps, lease comps, demographics, and aerial mapping
- Assist with macro-level and property-specific research to support new business opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and help analyze market conditions
Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of commercial real estate concepts and market fundamentals
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting
Position Details:
- Part-time: 3 days per week (flexible scheduling Monday–Thursday)
- In-office attendance required
- Hourly compensation: $17.30
