Entrepreneurial Firm Leverages 45+ Years of Combined Experience with Highly Specialized Advisors in Each Market Segment
DENVER, CO – [January 24, 2019] – Commercial real estate veterans Rob Edwards and Tom Ethington – both formerly with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors – today launched Blue West Capital, a commercial real estate investment brokerage firm that facilitates the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers and commercial investment properties in the Rocky Mountain Region, and single tenant net leased properties nationwide. Edwards and Ethington will serve as managing partners of the entrepreneurial firm.
With a core focus on improving the overall client experience, Blue West Capital will allocate significant resources to provide national market exposure for client properties, while leveraging the latest technology-driven marketing processes to ensure the highest value and results.

The Edwards Ethington team also produced Pinnacle’s three largest 2018 transactions with the sale of Buchtel Park Apartments ($46.25 million), PayPal’s mission critical facility in Arizona ($30.50 million), and a single tenant net leased Lowe’s property ($16.99 million).
Zach Wright joins the Blue West Capital team as director of net lease investment sales, Brandon Gayeski serves as an associate advisor, and Melanie Williford joins as director of operations.
