Brandon Gayeski is a Director of Investment Sales with Blue West Capital. Brandon brings a history of six years of direct net lease retail investment experience to Blue West Capital, joining the team at the firm's inception in 2019.

As Director, Brandon specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both single and multi-tenant retail properties.  Brandon leverages his intimate market knowledge and expansive national network in his mission to exceed his clients’ investment goals through the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

Brandon’s clients value his meticulous attention to detail and his relentless work ethic as he advocates for their best interests every step of the way in every transaction.

Prior to joining Blue West Capital in 2019, Brandon applied his impressive networking skills to use as an associate working closely with founding partners Tom and Robert. In his role, he built and nurtured an impressive client list and continues to build upon this robust network today at Blue West Capital.

Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is actively involved in several professional organizations to further enhance his industry knowledge and network, with the aim of continually delivering best-in-class services and exceeding client expectations.

Real estate runs deep in Brandon’s roots, and he proudly carries on that tradition today. As a Denver native with a family boasting a rich history in the Denver Metro real estate scene, Brandon leverages this intimate local knowledge and proud tradition of success to his clients’ advantage.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
