Blue West Capital Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use Property in Denver’s Highlands Neighborhood

DENVER, CO – [May 26, 2022] – Blue West Capital has completed the sale of a mixed-use property located at 3500 Mariposa Street, Denver, CO for $1,135,000. Robert Edwards and Tom Ethington, of Blue West Capital, exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.  The buyer and seller were local Denver-based partnerships.

The 1,877 square foot property contains both a commercial and residential unit. When the commercial tenant terminated its lease during the listing period, Blue West Capital quickly pivoted their marketing efforts towards owner-users. The affluent demographics, highly visible corner location, and close proximity to downtown Denver attracted various buyer types. Ultimately an owner-user was selected to purchase the property. The new owner intends to convert the vacant commercial unit into their future office space while continuing to rent the residential portion of the building.
