Associate Broker Investment Sales

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, you'll be joining a national investment sales company where teamwork, ethics, and industry expertise are the foundation of our services. This role is a 100% commission-based position, offering significant earning potential. You'll benefit from personalized one-on-one investment brokerage training, positive mentorship, a collaborative team environment, extensive real estate knowledge, and access to our comprehensive national proprietary database of principals and brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Originate, direct the marketing, negotiate, and close real estate investment sales
- Develop and maintain long-term industry relationships with private and institutional owners and investors
- Contribute to our internal web-based database
- Execute risk assessment and develop targeted returns from real estate investments
- Perform various tasks related to market research (sales comps, lease comps, aerials)
- Collaborate with real estate Analysts to facilitate due diligence and underwriting
- Attend networking and industry events
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of commercial real estate investment sales experience
- Active real estate license and knowledge of national net lease real estate market
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- Excellent communication skills-(listening, speaking, writing, presentation skills, etc)
- Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of financial terms, real estate principles and local or national real estate marketplace
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
