Position Overview:
We’re growing and looking for a Commercial Real Estate Junior Associate to join our Denver team. This is an opportunity to build your career alongside experienced brokers, gaining hands-on experience across active assignments while developing the skills needed for long-term success in commercial real estate brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our tenant representation and land advisory team to identify and evaluate investment and leasing opportunities using client data and market insights
- Analyze leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other key transaction documents
- Conduct market research, including comparable sales, demographics, and economic trends
- Originate new leasing and land opportunities through tenant and property owner outreach
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and offering packages
- Assist in transaction execution, including deal tracking, client communication, and coordination
- Maintain and enhance internal databases and CRM systems
- Prepare high-quality presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Stay current on market trends and contribute to both market- and property-level analysis
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Real Estate Broker License
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, and business development
