As a leading commercial real estate investment advisory firm, we specialize in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of single tenant net leased properties, retail shopping centers, food and beverage, entertainment, fitness, and other commercial investment properties nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brokers to assess property valuation through thorough underwriting and analysis of client data.
- Manage and maintain our shared database efficiently
- Evaluate leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other pertinent reports
- Develop financial models for acquisitions and dispositions, including cash flow analysis and IRR projections
- Assist in crafting disposition proposals and offering memoranda alongside the marketing and brokerage teams
- Conduct comprehensive market research including sales comps, lease comps, and demographics
- Support transaction management and lead generation
- Communicate with operators and tenants to gather essential financial and real estate information
- Provide general assistance throughout the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition processes
- Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and perform macro and property-specific research
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in Excel and ARGUS models
- 1-2 years of professional experience in finance and/or real estate
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for the commercial real estate industry
- Must obtain a real estate salesperson license within six months of employment

The Analyst position is a full-time in-office role based in Denver, Colorado. The estimated salary range for this position is $47k - $55k, with performance bonuses. Exact compensation for this role may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications which may fall outside of the range shown.
