Marketing Coordinator
Blue West Capital is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong design skills to join our in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on, production-focused role supporting our brokers and marketing team with high-quality visual materials, email campaigns, and ongoing digital marketing execution.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation, solid critical thinking skills, and a genuine desire to grow as a marketer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce offering memorandums, proposals, flyers, and digital collateral in Adobe InDesign.
- Create and edit aerial maps, site plans, and property photos for presentations and marketing packages.
- Build and schedule social media graphics and posts using Canva and other tools.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including layout, testing, and basic reporting.
- Assist with updates to website listings and eblasts using brand-consistent layouts and imagery.
- Support production needs, special projects, and day-to-day marketing tasks as they come in from the team.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of marketing or design experience, ideally in commercial real estate, architecture, or professional services.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop a plus).
- Experience using Canva and comfort learning new platforms and tools.
- Strong layout and typography skills with attention to detail.
- Critical thinker who can manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- A real interest in marketing and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $54,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience.
