Marketing Coordinator
Blue West Capital is a net lease real estate investment advisory firm focused on maximizing our client’s property’s value, transaction efficiency, and enhancing their outcomes through industry knowledge and integrated technology.
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support our investment sales brokerage team. We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated team player who is detail oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a deadline-oriented environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. As the Marketing Coordinator at Blue West Capital, you will be responsible for reporting to the Director of Marketing and coordinating projects with the brokerage team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align us to win business. Job Responsibilities:
- Produces and ensures the delivery of top quality, on-time digital design packages to support the investment sales brokerage team (BOVs, OM, Proposals, etc.)
- Utilizes strong digital design background and BWC’s brand standards to produce new marketing collateral to support our brand
- Use Adobe Suite (primarily InDesign and Photoshop) to create marketing packages
- Design, schedule, and manage social media content calendar
- Coordinate and schedule professional property photography nationwide
- Manage third-party marketing sites to ensure property information is entered correctly
- Utilize strong written communication to contribute to blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts
- Coordinate office community involvement relating to philanthropy and team building
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and organize workflow in Trello
- Lead other marketing development efforts as needed
- Report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred)
- 2-3 years of marketing experience (graphic design/commercial real estate preferred)
- Strong graphic skills--has an eye for design and understands what elements make unique creative content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (primarily InDesign and Photoshop)
- Knowledge and passion for digital marketing/social media and keeping up with the latest trends
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Team player attitude
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, creative, and analytical
- Ability to work independently and take direction as needed
- Desire to expand skillset and continue personal growth

The Marketing Coordinator position is a full-time in-office role based in Denver, Colorado. The estimated salary for this position starts at $50k with an additional bonus structure. Exact compensation for this role may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications which may fall outside of the range shown.
