Senior Broker Investment Sales

We are seeking an experienced net-lease investment sales broker to join our national real estate investment company. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, entrepreneurial drive, and a track record of success. This is a 100% commission sales position. We offer significant earning potential through our proven investment sales platform, unprecedented collaboration, deep real estate knowledge of sales, and a robust national proprietary database of principals and brokers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Originate, direct the marketing, negotiate, and close real estate investment sales
- Develop and maintain long term industry relationships with private and institution owners and investors to promote new business and advise on individualized real estate investment strategies
- Contribute to our internal web-based database by regularly updating client data files with client objectives and relevant facts from meetings/calls with clients
- Execute risk assessment and develop targeted returns from real estate investments
- Provide training and feedback to the Real Estate Analysts to facilitate their growth and understanding of the business
- Attending networking and industry events
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of net lease investment sales experience and a proven track record of closed deals
- Active real estate license and knowledge of national net lease real estate market
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- Excellent communication skills-(listening, speaking, writing, presentation skills, etc)
- Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of financial terms, real estate principles and local or national real estate marketplace
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
