Position Overview:
As a Senior Leasing Broker, you will play a critical role in driving the leasing business for Blue West Capital. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in commercial leasing, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for a diverse portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and facilitate lease agreements that align with client objectives
- Provide market analysis and advice to clients, including rental trends and competitive positioning
- Mentor and collaborate with junior brokers and real estate analysts to enhance team performance
- Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on retail properties
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and leasing processes
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active real estate license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
