Fort Collins, originally founded as a military fort in 1864 is growing to become one of the best places to live in all the US. Now the third largest metro area in Colorado with a population of 360,000 the population is continuing to grow. About 60 miles away from Denver the city is located at the base of the northern front range, alongside the banks of the Cache la Poudre River. Fort Collins is 35 Miles south of the Wyoming border and is less than an hour’s drive to Cheyenne.

Home of Colorado State University many view the city as a midsized college town. The city enjoys all four seasons and sees an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. Fort Collins features a multifaceted economy that is home to various industries.
