Joe Willie Laufenberg, now Associate Director of Tenant Advisory Services, advises expanding brands on site selection and market rollout strategy across the country. His experience includes project leasing, tenant representation, and supporting developers in sourcing and acquiring high quality sites, work that has strengthened Blue West Capital’s growing leasing advisory business.
