Hagan as Director, Tenant Advisory Services, David Morgan as EVP, Marketing & Technology, and Devaughn Dix as Associate, Landlord & Tenant Advisory Services.
With nearly two decades of experience in tenant representation, J.R. Hagan has completed over $500 million in transactions. His expertise spans site selection, lease negotiations, and strategic planning for businesses across the Mountain West.
David Morgan brings over 22 years of commercial real estate experience and will lead marketing and technology initiatives across Blue West Capital. His expertise in digital marketing, video production, and IT solutions will enhance the firm’s marketing efforts and drive stronger client engagement.
Devaughn Dix joins as an associate, supporting both landlords and tenants with market research, site selection, and leasing strategies as he grows within the industry.
