DENVER, CO – [February 6, 2025] – Blue West Capital successfully represented the buyer in the acquisition of a single-tenant Dairy Queen Grill & Chill property located at 10140 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. The property sold for $2,100,000 at an undisclosed cap rate (contact broker).
