Adam Rubenstein

Adam Rubenstein is a commercial real estate professional with 15 years of experience, specializing in landlord representation, retail leasing, and single-tenant development. As a Director within Blue West Capital’s Landlord Advisory division, he leverages his brokerage and principal-side development experience to help property owners and developers position assets, execute leasing strategies, and drive long-term value.

Adam has leased a wide variety of retail properties including grocery-anchored centers, power centers, freestanding buildings, and neighborhood strip centers. His experience spans both brokerage and development, providing an owner-focused perspective that informs practical, results-driven leasing strategies.

In addition to brokerage, Adam has developed over a dozen early childhood education facilities across the Front Range, overseeing land acquisition, entitlements, financing, and construction. His transaction experience also includes the acquisition of more than 1.5 million square feet of retail shopping centers, including The Village at Castle Pines and Gateway Town Center.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved with Jewish Family Services.
