EVP, Marketing & Branding

Amanda Carlton is the EVP, Marketing & Branding at Blue West Capital. Since joining the firm as Marketing Manager, she has expanded her role to lead all marketing and branding initiatives. A highly creative and versatile marketing professional, Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, financial services, asset management, enterprise, as well as both B2B and B2C organizations.

Specializing in premium client experiences and results-driven strategies, she helps strengthen Blue West Capital’s position as a national leader in net leased investment services.

Previously, Amanda served as Director of Marketing & Creative for a residential real estate brokerage where she helmed all marketing endeavors for the company and its 200+ agents. During Amanda’s tenure, she elevated the brand and developed recruitment campaigns that resulted in a 40% increase in agents with $3M+ in production.

Throughout her career, she has provided collaborative leadership and innovative solutions for countless projects, from integrated campaigns to brand systems, events, and more.

Born and raised in Colorado, Amanda earned a BFA in Communication Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has an AAS in Interior Design.
