Brian Wolfman is a Director of Investment Sales at Blue West Capital, specializing in the sale of single-tenant, multi-tenant, and shopping center properties nationwide. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Brian has established himself as a leader in investment sales, having successfully executed numerous high-value transactions across various property types.

Throughout his career, Brian has developed an in-depth knowledge of capital markets, providing clients with strategic insights and solutions. His work spans private investors, family offices, developers, and REITs, and his client-centric approach ensures he consistently delivers results that align with their long-term investment goals.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Brian is also an active member of The Ability Experience, a program dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. In his free time, Brian enjoys worldwide travel, skiing/hiking and exploring with his wife, two kids and Bernese Mountain dog, Bear.
