David Dobek

Director - Landlord Advisory Services

David Dobek is a Director with Blue West Capital for the newly formed Tenant & Landlord Advisory Services division. David brings over 12 years of expertise in the commercial real estate sector, with an emphasis on retail leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and land sales. Throughout his career, he has completed over 350 unique transactions that total over 650,000 square feet on behalf of both local and nationally based, institutional clients.  

One area of expertise that differentiates David from the field is in urban, mixed-use development and leasing. He has been instrumental in helping clients plan delivery conditions for retailers that help ease the transition from a tenant signing a lease to being open for business. He also has a national reach and relationship with numerous hospitality groups looking to expand and land in his client’s projects, which in turn attracts residents and creates rapid stabilization.

David is active in several professional organizations outside of work. He is in a leadership role with the Evans Scholarship Foundation, serving as Alumni Director for the greater Denver area. At the University of Colorado Boulder, David also serves as a mentor to students who are focused on entering the real estate industry when they graduate.

David attended the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Finance) and an International Business certificate.
