Eric Diesch

Director

Eric Diesch is a Director of Investment Sales with Blue West Capital. With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Eric has consistently demonstrated his expertise in the sale of retail centers across the mountain states by guiding clients through countless, successful transactions. 

Prior to BWC, Eric took the lead on over $300 million in total transaction volume while playing a pivotal role in the sale of investment-grade retail assets in various states, including Colorado, California, Hawaii and Arizona. 

Additionally, his background includes managing the deployment of a national big-box retailer in the Pacific Northwest, construction consulting, and managing a leasing portfolio that included 25 grocery-anchored shopping centers. He has a proven ability to provide insight into future acquisitions and planning for multi-tenant assets.

In joining BWC, Eric will continue to focus on the sale of retail investment properties with a focus on shopping centers nationwide.

Eric earned a BS in Finance & Real Estate from Colorado State University and was a member of the school’s mountain biking team. He’s a member of the ICSC Next Gen Council and designated a CoStar “Power Broker.”
