Associate - Landlord Advisory Services

Grace Newman is an Associate at Blue West Capital within the Landlord and Tenant Advisory Services division of BWC. 

A talented up-and-comer in the commercial real estate industry, Grace previously honed her skills at Tether Advisors, where she contributed to the success of the Denver Landlord and Tenant representation team. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the industry. Grace values and prioritizes the importance of building relationships, solving problems, and creating win-win outcomes. 

Before getting into CRE, Grace excelled in sales roles within a diverse range of industries, from industrial coatings with the Protective and Marine Division of Sherwin-Williams to the tech industry with Nylas. This multi-faceted background gives Grace a unique perspective and ability to tailor her approach according to a client’s unique needs. 

Grace graduated from Ball State University in 2021, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in both Marketing and Business Administration.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys taking advantage of all things Colorado, working on her golf game to one day beat her dad, and traveling back home for the annual Indianapolis 500.
