Research Analyst - Landlord Advisory

Gus Boden is a Research Analyst at Blue West Capital, supporting the Tenant Advisory team across site identification, market research, property outreach, and transaction execution. He is involved throughout the deal process, assisting in evaluating opportunities, coordinating outreach efforts, and developing client-facing materials that support leasing and land assignments.

With experience in commercial real estate development and state-level economic development, Gus brings a strong analytical foundation and understanding of retail market dynamics. His ability to synthesize data and support site selection helps drive efficient deal flow and informed decision-making across assignments.

Gus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Colorado College. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, including fishing, skiing, and hiking, and is an avid college basketball fan. A Louisville, Kentucky native, he follows the sport closely.
