Since beginning his career in 2006, J.R. has facilitated more than $500 million in transactions across the Mountain West region. His expertise spans land acquisitions, retail, and multi-property assemblages, providing clients with tailored solutions to maximize their investments or secure ideal locations for their businesses. Skilled in market analysis, lease negotiations, and transaction management, J.R. ensures his clients achieve optimal outcomes with clarity and confidence.
