Lucas McQuinn

Analyst

Lucas McQuinn is an Analyst on Blue West Capital’s Investment Sales team, where he supports the underwriting, market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution of retail investment properties nationwide. He works closely with the firm’s brokers and clients to deliver strategic insights and support throughout the transaction process.

Lucas recently earned his Master’s in Real Estate Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he also served as President of the Graduate Real Estate Association. Prior to joining Blue West Capital, he gained experience across multiple industries in broker-focused roles with an emphasis on analysis, client service, and relationship-driven business development. Lucas brings a collaborative mindset and strong analytical foundation to the team. 

Outside the office, he enjoys snowboarding, playing basketball, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
