Matt Lambright is an Analyst on the Investment Sales team at Blue West Capital, where he supports the team in underwriting, market research, and transaction execution for retail investment properties nationwide. He brings more than five years of experience in real estate valuation, financial analysis, and data analytics—skills that strengthen the team’s ability to deliver data-driven insights and strategic solutions for clients.

Before joining Blue West Capital, Matt worked across multiple roles in the real estate and finance industries, developing expertise in market research, financial modeling, and client advisory. His background in valuation and investment analysis provides a solid foundation for supporting complex transactions and enhancing the firm’s investment sales platform.

A Colorado native, Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring Colorado’s mountain towns.
