Parker Slusky

Associate - Landlord Advisory

Parker Slusky is a Broker Associate in Blue West Capital’s Landlord Advisory division, specializing in retail leasing and landlord representation. He works with property owners to develop leasing strategies, identify prospective tenants, and support the long-term value of their retail assets.

Before joining Blue West Capital, Parker gained experience at SRS Real Estate Partners in Denver and Pine Tree, where he worked with brokerage, leasing, asset management, and acquisitions teams across a range of retail properties. His analytical background and hands-on experience inform his market research and practical approach to leasing.

Parker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. He is an ARGUS Enterprise Certified Professional and a licensed Colorado real estate broker. Outside of work, he enjoys snow skiing, hiking, and waterskiing.
