Riley Sharman

Director

Riley Sharman is a Director of Investment Sales at Blue West Capital and leads the firm’s Houston office. A Houston native with commercial real estate experience dating to 2005, Riley specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers, single-tenant net lease properties, and medical office assets throughout Texas and nationwide.

Riley advises developers, 1031 exchange buyers, syndication funds, and private capital investors on acquisitions and dispositions. His transaction history spans neighborhood shopping centers, newly developed retail properties, and net lease assets. He draws on experience in land development, construction costs, site infrastructure, and financial modeling to evaluate assets and guide clients through transactions.

Riley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Edward’s University in Austin. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Trees for Houston. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and fishing with his wife, Lee-Taylor.
