Shawn Dickmann is an Investment Sales Associate with Blue West Capital. Shawn joined the team in 2019, and since then has played an integral role in helping his clients achieve their investment goals through the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. To date, Shawn has successfully transacted over $27 million in commercial real estate in his role with Blue West Capital. He is known as a relentless advocate for his clients, ever pursuing exceptional outcomes for their investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Blue West Capital, Shawn played a crucial role in managing over 1,000,000 square feet of Class A office space in Denver at a well-respected property management company. Before relocating to Denver, Shawn specialized in selling net leased investment properties at Marcus & Millichap's Orlando office with a focus on quick-service restaurants. His multi-market, multi-property experience has given him valuable insights on helping his clients make advantageous property investment decisions and seamlessly transacting real estate deals.

Shawn grew up in Fort Lauderdale and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, advancing his industry knowledge and international network.

In his free time, Shawn enjoys taking in everything the outdoors has to offer, including camping, hiking, off-roading, skiing, and snowmobiling.
