Investment Sales

Carly was assigned to be point person on the disposition of one of our assets beginning in 2017 and extending (for a variety of reasons) through 2020.  At all times her advice was spot-on and always in our best interests.  Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, professionalism in marketing and demeanor, responsive communication, and high level of enthusiasm about the assignment were extraordinary.  Where one often finds that the broker/agent seems to be representing their own best interests and objectives, at all times it was evident that Carly was representing us, her client.

We want to commend and thank Rob & Tom for putting together an amazing and effective marketing strategy to sell our retail property. Their marketing strategy was so effective that there were always multiple buyers lined-up to handle the contract fall-through situations. We are very impressed with their attention to details throughout the process and they gave us sound and honest advice that fitted our needs. We would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a retail property.

Due to the changing market conditions we were ready to switch asset classes, we wanted to sell our multifamily apartment property and 1031 exchange into a couple more passive long term lease commercial assets for diversification. Tom Ethington built a very effective marketing campaign to target all buyer types for our multifamily asset. With a successful close, he helped identify the right corporate credit exchange properties for a smooth transition. I would highly recommend Blue West Capital and Tom Ethington to help with your 1031 exchange goals.

Robert has helped my family buy and sell numerous real estate properties. He is always energetic, professional, and most importantly—has our best interest at the forefront. We never feel pressured to buy a particular property or accept a particular offer. He provides sound advice, and on several occasions, Rob has recommended against a transaction that he felt would not fit our needs even though it might have meant a quick commission. Highly recommend!

Rob Edwards recently represented me as the seller of a net leased restaurant building in Commerce City, Colorado. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to effectively market my property. They went above and beyond the typical broker responsibilities to effectively resolve any issues that arose during the process and handled all routine closing arrangements. Despite a difficult market, Rob secured a buyer after only 10 days of marketing for 97% of the list price. I strongly recommend Rob and his team for their exception advice. They added significant value to my transaction!

I want to thank you and your team for your endless effort in putting together the deal to sell our Big O Tires building.  In what can only be characterized as a challenging market place you found a first class buyer and negotiated a very fair deal for both parties. If I ever consider selling my other properties you'll be the first person I contact to assist me.

We would whole heartedly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell a retail property.  He is intelligent, hardworking, persistent, and has strong brokerage skills.  Most importantly, we can tell that he cares about his clients and offers honest, straight forward advice. Perhaps the best endorsement we can offer for Rob is the fact that we are going to list other Burger King property with him.

After meeting Tom in person, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and market knowledge and decided to list the property for sale with him. The fact that I have decided to list other properties with Tom is a clear endorsement of how he operates his business and works with his clients, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a commercial property.

Tom and Rob tailored an effective marketing strategy to offer my Starbucks development to the new as well as experienced investment community.  They communicated an innovative way to add-value for possible buyers which resulted in a bidding atmosphere and a successful sale.

I look forward to working with them again when the time comes.

Blue West Capital Team assisted me with the sale of a single tenant bank in Florida. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction, and got me a great price for the property. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a net leased investment property.

We were selling a long-term legacy asset and looking to 1031 exchange into income producing net-lease properties in Denver, Colorado. We had specific location and buying criteria, along with a challenging timeframe we had to meet. Tom Ethington led us through the buying process and quickly identified three off-market assets that met all our criteria. During the process, he helped to navigate through some bumps along the way and delivered a successful closing that we consider a win-win.
