Denver, CO – [January 24, 2022] – Blue West Capital has completed the sale leaseback of a single tenant SafeSplash Swim School located at 12240 Lioness Way, Parker, CO. Tom Ethington, of Blue West Capital, represented the seller in the transaction, a private swim school company and a repeat client based out of Colorado. The buyer was a Colorado-based investor in a 1031 exchange.

The single tenant building consists of 8,739 square feet and SafeSplash Swim School has been operating there for over 14 years. The property is located between Lincoln Avenue and Peoria Street just a mile and a half southeast of the I-25 and C-470 intersection, offering excellent visibility with over 51,900 vehicles per day crossing on Lincoln Avenue alone. The surrounding area has a population of 164,532 with an average household income of $154,881.
