The buyer plans to enhance the property before marketing it for lease to a future industrial user.
Industrial properties with functional outdoor storage components remain highly sought after throughout the Front Range, particularly in supply-constrained mountain communities. This acquisition gives the buyer a well-located asset with the flexibility for future industrial users.
