Blue West Capital arranged the $8,225,000 sale of a 92,592-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at 9121–9219 E. 71st Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eric Diesch and Bryce McNeely represented the seller, a Missouri-based investment firm and repeat client, in the transaction.

The property was approximately 97% leased at the time of sale and anchored by national retailers including Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight Tools, and Golf Galaxy. Positioned along E. 71st Street, one of Tulsa’s primary retail corridors with traffic counts exceeding 52,000 vehicles per day, the center benefits from strong regional accessibility, visibility, and proximity to Woodland Hills Mall, Costco, Sam’s Club, Scheels, and WinCo Foods. The property is also supported by more than 255,000 residents within a five-mile radius.
