The property was 100% leased at the time of sale to a diverse mix of national and regional tenants including Wingstop, Jimmy John’s, Verizon Wireless, TCBY, Jr. Smiles, and Crane Games. Strategically positioned at the signalized intersection of Washington Street and East Thornton Parkway, the center benefits from visibility to more than 62,000 vehicles per day. Located within the Denver MSA, Thornton continues to experience strong population growth and average household incomes exceeding $115,000 within a five-mile radius.
