Bryce McNeely is an Investment Sales Associate with Blue West Capital and a third-generation real estate professional from Leawood, KS. Since beginning his brokerage career in 2018, Bryce has participated in over $200 million in leasing and investment sales transactions across the United States, consistently exceeding client expectations with his professionalism and steadfast approach to every transaction.

Bryce joined Blue West Capital in 2022, bringing over five years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and sales. Prior to his current role, he co-founded a boutique brokerage firm specializing in Denver’s urban infill markets, where he played a key role in building the firm’s success and reputation.

A graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Bryce combines a deep understanding of financial principles with his passion for real estate. Outside of the office, he embraces the outdoors, snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer. Bryce cherishes quality time with his wife, Margaret, and their beloved Bernese mountain dog, Sonny.
