The New Team Members
Adam Rubenstein, Director Joins the landlord advisory team with 15 years of retail leasing and development experience.
Sam Crowe, Associate Director Focuses on net lease investment sales, advising institutional groups, developers, private equity firms, and family offices.
Katrina Delene, Marketing Manager Supports the brokerage team across proposals, campaigns, social media, and brand, bringing nine years of marketing experience.
Gus Boden, Research Analyst Supports the tenant advisory team on site identification and market research.
