Blue West Capital Adds Tenant and Landlord Advisory Services Division, Hires Seasoned Team To Lead

DENVER, CO - [March 19, 2024] - Blue West Capital, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, continues to expand its offerings through the strategic hiring of David Dobek and Sean Kulzer,  along with their associates, Grace Newman and Joe Willie Laufenberg. This move establishes the firm’s new and fully operational Tenant and Landlord Advisory Services Division. 

Previously, the team successfully navigated the completion of over 350 unique transactions that have totaled over 650,000 square feet from coast to coast. They implemented successful rollout strategies for household names and emerging concepts alike in the food and beverage, entertainment, and fitness space. Moving forward, the team and new division will leverage the expansive reach of Blue West Capital’s platform to continue growing its robust leasing activity across the country with its institutional-level quality services and boutique-minded strategy and touch.
